Our Lobster Bisque is hands down the Cadillac of soup! A rich lobster stock that is beautifully paired with brandy, cream, and loads of freshwater lobster meat.

Excellent Flavor

We had our first quart today out of the 4 ordered. Both of us thought it was an excellent choice and noticed the ample amount of lobster and great bisque flavor. Perhaps the previous reviewer intended to pick 5 stars instead of 4 if one reads what was stated.

This soup was so good, I was thinking of how many more quarts I was going to order while I was still eating. Rich, delicious and full of lobster. Stocking up for the rest of winter.
