Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our Frozen Delivery Guarantee

We carefully pack every order in insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

If your soup does not arrive in acceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and contents
  • A brief description of the issue

If we determine that your order was compromised during transit, we will gladly replace the affected items or reship your order at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
