Shipping & Ordering Information
Build Your Own Soup Box
Choose your favorite soups in quantities of 4 or 8 quarts.
Mix and match flavors, stock your freezer, or discover a new favorite. Simply select any combination of soups as long as your order totals 4 or 8 quarts.
Shipping Schedule
To ensure your soup arrives frozen and in perfect condition, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday via UPS.
Because our soups are shipped frozen with dry ice, we schedule deliveries to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders are shipped using UPS Ground or UPS Two-Day service depending on destination.
We do not schedule deliveries for:
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Mondays
- UPS-observed holidays
How We Keep Soup Frozen
Every order is carefully packed in an insulated shipping container with enough dry ice to keep your soups frozen through delivery day.
When your package arrives:
- Open immediately.
- Transfer soups to the freezer for long-term storage.
- Or place in the refrigerator to begin thawing.
Important: Dry ice can cause burns. Please use gloves or avoid direct skin contact when handling.
No Signature Required
To help ensure timely delivery, UPS is authorized to leave your package without a signature.
If you're sending soup as a gift, please confirm the recipient will be available to receive and store the package on the scheduled delivery day.
Important Shipping Information
Please verify all shipping information before placing your order.
Wisconsin Soup Company is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or access information
- Recipient unavailability
- Package theft after delivery
- Weather delays or carrier disruptions
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.
At this time, we ship only within the continental United States.
Gift Orders
Every order includes a packing slip without pricing information.
If you'd like to include a gift message, simply enter your note during checkout and we'll include it with the shipment.

Order Processing & Timing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Weekly Shipping Cutoff
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday will ship the following week to ensure your soup does not sit in transit over the weekend.
