This is Midwest comfort food in its purest form.
Our Cheddar Corn Chowder starts with sweet Wisconsin corn, tender potatoes, and carrots, all slow-simmered in savory organic chicken stock. Sharp cheddar cheese melts into every spoonful, while a touch of Wisconsin heavy cream creates a rich, velvety finish.
Then come the ingredients that put the chow in chowder: applewood smoked bacon and a sprinkle of zesty scallions. The smoky bacon adds savory depth, while the scallions bring just the right amount of brightness to balance the rich, creamy broth.
The result is a hearty, satisfying chowder that's loaded with flavor, packed with texture, and guaranteed to leave you scraping the bottom of the bowl.
Wisconsin Sweet Corn • Sharp Cheddar Cheese • Applewood Smoked Bacon
Slow-Simmered. Ready When Life Happens.
